- How quickly will you reply?
- Within one business day, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm IST. Most messages get a reply much sooner.
- Do I need to book a demo before I start?
- No. Elevity Hub is self-serve. You can choose a plan on the Pricing page and set up your workspace yourself. If you'd like to ask something first, write to us or call, and we'll answer directly.
- What should I include in my message?
- Your team size, your industry, the training you run today (onboarding, compliance, product, safety) and when you want to start. With that, we can give you a useful answer in one reply instead of five.
- How much does Elevity Hub cost?
- Starter is ₹4,999 a month for up to 50 users, and Growth is ₹14,999 a month for up to 200 users. Larger teams get custom Enterprise pricing. There are no setup fees. Full details are on the Pricing page.
- Can we use our existing training material?
- Yes. You can add your existing material as audio, video, text, images, PDFs and links, and build courses around it, so you don't have to start from scratch.
